Opel Astra GS styling
The design of the Opel Astra GS is full of sporty details. The front bumper features large air intakes and gloss black elements, including the Opel Vizor grille. At the rear is the sculpted bumper, with sharply defined lines that give character and presence, as well as a high-gloss black diffuser. This element combines perfectly with the roof and rear-view mirrors in the same color, as well as the 17" Kadett alloy wheels.
The interior of the Astra GS presents itself as a quality, minimalist and highly technological space. The Opel Pure Panel digital module remains the center of attention in the cabin, with its two screens for the digital instrument panel and infotainment system. It is accompanied by a three-spoke sports steering wheel, gloss black trim, an ambient lighting system and AGR Comfort seats.
The new Opel Astra GS is available in seven exterior colors: Kult Yellow, Vulkan Grey, Kristall Silver, Karbon Black, Kardio Red, Kobalt Blue and Arktis White. Available engines
The engine offer of the Opel Astra GS consists of a diesel and a gasoline engine. The diesel unit is the efficient 1.5-liter engine with 130 hp, which is available only with an 8-speed automatic gearbox. It has an average fuel consumption of only 4.9 l/100 km.
The gasoline option is the powerful 1.2-liter engine with 130 hp, an engine that can be specified with either a 6-speed manual gearbox or an 8-speed automatic gearbox. The average consumption of this engine ranges between 5.5 and 5.6 l/100 km depending on the type of gearbox selected.
The third mechanical option for the Opel Astra GS is a highly efficient plug-in hybrid version. With a combined power of 180 hp, the Opel Astra GS plug-in hybrid can travel up to 67 kilometers in 100% electric mode.
