The engine range of the new 2022 Jaguar F-Type includes three four- and eight-cylinder gasoline engines. The offer starts with the P300, a turbocharged 2.0-liter inline four-cylinder engine developing 300 hp of power and 400 Nm of torque. This engine, like the others, is linked to an eight-speed automatic transmission with torque converter and a rear-wheel drive system. The F-Type P300 accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.7 seconds.

A 5.0-liter V8 with supercharger is responsible for powering the F-Type P450. The engine develops 450 hp of power and 580 Nm of torque, managed by an eight-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive with the possibility of choosing an all-wheel drive version. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds with a top speed of 285 km/h.

Finally, the sportiest version of the range is the Jaguar F-Type R P575. This high-performance variant makes use of the supercharged 5.0 V8 engine, with a power output of 575 hp and a maximum torque of 700 Nm. The powerplant is available only with an eight-speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel drive system. As a good supercar, the F-Type R goes from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds and reaches 300 km/h top speed.
