Mercedes-Benz leads the heavy industrial segment in October - Grupo Concesur

The brand with the star is in luck after winning last October the leadership of the competitive segment of heavy commercial vehicles, i.e. those over 16 tons.

In October, commercial vehicle registrations grew by 48.1% with 2,961 operations, with the heavy-duty segment being the most important within the commercial vehicle market, with 2,721 units registered, corresponding to nearly 92% of the total market.

Mercedes-Benz can boast and be proud of leading in this tenth month of 2014 the most powerful of the industrial market segments in that period, managing to register a total of 715 vehicles, growing by 47.7% compared to the same period last year. Of the total units registered 17 units were rigid trucks, while the remaining 698 units were tractor units. The share of the tractor unit market was close to 27%.
