There are many options in terms of mobility and they are represented by large players (Uber, Cabify, Car2go, Blablacar, Tesla...). However, when it comes to education and training, there is still no clear benchmark".

A hybrid business model

In addition, Enric Romero warns that Dribo is not trying to replace driving schools, but is an alternative method: "Unlike other platforms in sectors that we all know, we believe that it is possible and necessary to coexist with current companies in the sector. After all, most of us have a common mission: to train the best drivers. Therefore, we are selecting the best driving schools so that they can train the practical part of the students who join Dribo".

The marketing strategy with which they are making their product known is also fully digital: "For now we are focused on campaigns on social networks and influencers, since our priority for now is to allocate resources to improve the product and to offer partner driving schools a powerful tool that allows them to optimize their business and consequently increase its profitability".

Finally, Romero confirms that, although they are currently only present in Catalonia, they will begin in the coming months "to open up the market in the main Spanish cities through collaborations with driving schools". In short, an alternative to be able to obtain your driving license at your own pace, in a customizable way and at a much lower price.
