The special Alfa Romeo Tonale Tributo Italiano series maximizes all these features and takes each of the attributes that make the brand's new SUV unique up a notch.

Created as a tribute to the Italian pride of the brand, this new special series of the Alfa Romeo Tonale comes to market with unique features in both design and equipment. It also debuts a new diesel engine available only for Spain and Italy, without giving up the wide range of electrified engines that make up the mechanical range of the new Tonale.

Unique details of the new special edition

The special Italian Tribute edition of the Alfa Romeo Tonale adds a number of unique design details to the compact SUV. Elements such as the lower bumpers, side sills and wheel arches finished in body color, optional black roof, black rearview mirrors with Italian Tricolore detailing, exclusive 20" wheels and red brake calipers highlight the Tonale's sporty styling.

The interior also receives a number of special details. The special edition has a high-end cabin that combines fine materials with aluminum finishes and leather upholstery with red stitching for its sports seats. To this must be added the signature 'Tributo Italiano' engraved on the front headrests, the Biscione logo on the dashboard and the sports steering wheel with metallic gearshift paddles.

The exterior is available in three different paint options, which are a reference to the colors of the Italian flag: Banchise White, Alfa Red and Montreal Green. All three paints can be optionally combined with a contrasting black roof.

Engine offer

The engine range of the new Alfa Romeo Tonale Tributo Italiano consists of three different powertrains. The 160 hp 1.5 Hybrid gasoline engine integrates light hybrid technology and has the ECO environmental badge of the DGT. This engine is coupled with a 7-speed TCT dual-clutch automatic transmission with front-wheel drive as standard.

The second option is the Alfa Romeo Tonale Plug-in Hybrid Q4. In this case, a new plug-in hybrid propulsion system that combines a powerful 1.3-liter 180 hp gasoline engine with a 90 kW electric motor.

The total power is 280 hp, supported by a 15.5 kWh lithium-ion battery that allows it to homologate 60 kilometers of range in combined electric mode, or up to 80 kilometers in urban cycle. It is equipped with a 6-speed automatic transmission and an efficient Q4 all-wheel drive system.

Finally, exclusively for the Spanish and Italian market, the Tonale Tributo Italiano is available with a new 1.6 JTD diesel engine with 130 hp and 320 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch TCT automatic transmission with a front-wheel drive system.
